This vintage peignoir is a "baby doll" style comprised of a layer of nude chiffon with black chiffon overlay, and threaded black satin ribbon under the bust. The scoop neck "bra" is overlaid with lace and has nylon cord straps. ( see condition)
The matching robe is a "tent" style with 2 layers of nude sheer chiffon with a layer of sheer black nylon chiffon overlay. The sleeves are little flutter style. The yoke is round. Hidden snap close front. The original tag from Saks Fifth Avenue is in both pieces on the inner side seams. It is very Lucie Ann/ Clair Sandra, and in fact came from an estate collection featuring several from that designer.

CONDITION: Very good, though there are a lot of little "picks", no runs or holes. The spaghetti straps on the shoulders of the nightgown are broken and need to be replaced. The lace on the yoke of the robe is tattered. No stains.
