Intro & New Features

Warrior introduces the Warrior RTL M3 Intermediate Goalie Stick, new for 2024. With many returning features, the RTL M3 builds on the success of its predecessor, including SlideGrip Technology, a HiFused design, and impact-resistant fibres over the shaft. The Minimus Carbon weave has been improved on the RTL M3 to enhance durability and performance with maximum efficiency.

Shaft Construction

The shaft includes an asymmetrical shaft geometry which makes this stick extremely lightweight. In addition, the stick features a Minimus Carbon 25 weave, new to the brand. Minimus Carbon 25 gives the stick exceptional durability and weight reduction, as well as better playability.

Paddle Construction

The RTL M3 paddle has an innovative, geometric design to improve the energy load from the paddle through to the low kick point of the stick. The beauty of the Ritual M-series is in its incredible balance and playability, and the M3 RTL has taken that legacy to the next level by incorporating a Minimus Carbon 25 weave into the previous M1’s build. This upgraded carbon fibre weave works with the geometry to enhance energy load, giving you better control when taking shots and passes.

Blade Construction/Stiffness

The blade is where the Minimus Carbon 25 material really makes an impact on the stick’s construction. Warrior sticks have been growing in popularity for their increasing durability and balance with every new iteration. Minimus Carbon 25 strengthens and stiffens the blade, making it more reliable on shots, passes, and rebounds.

Graphics

The Warrior RTL M3 keeps to that really clean matte finish with a few colour adjustments. Notably, around the SlideGrip, the signature teal, green, and yellow hash pattern graphic has been extended upwards in spikes along the shaft. There is also a gradual transition towards the paddle, with some silver colour showing. The Minimus Carbon 25 weave is visible in the form of squares along the entire stick.

Grip

At the top of the paddle, SureGrip technology provides better hold and control of the stick. It is textured on the Pro, improving feel and quickening grip transition as needed.

Blade Patterns, Paddle Lengths

The Warrior RTL M3 Intermediate Goalie Stick is available in black and paddle lengths 23.5" - 24.5". It also has a twist blade pattern, and comes in right and left hands.
